On Thursday , Feb 12 an unfortunate incident happened to my daughter's car. As she started her car in the morning, something strange happened. All the panel lights were blinking off and on and the motor was running very rough. I decided to get it towed to my dealership to figure out what the problem was. As it turns out a squirrel built a nest under the hood of the car and chewed a bunch of wires causing the problem. I called my warranty and they told me it was not covered. I then decided to call Ray Sayre and State Farm. I have to tell you what a pleasurable experience. I spoke to Eileen who was so helpful. Best insurance I've ever found in New Jersey! Been with them for many years. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to work with. Whenever I discuss insurance options, the quotes are speedy and easy to understand. I usually have a few questions and the Sayre team answers all of my questions. Ray and Kim are the two agents I've worked with the most. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done quickly. I like that State Farm has a 24 hour service too.

I have been with Ray Sayre for 15 years with bundled policies. They have always been helpful, accurate, and courteous. If I don't get through immediately, calls are promptly returned. The main person I speak with, Kim I think, is warm and attentive to my questions and situations. I feel I am well taken care of.

I have been using Ray's office for over 20 years to cover my home. They are great! Most recently, I needed help getting my declaration updated so I could get an equity loan for some improvements. It was done and in my email in less than 24 hours! They also offered to do a review to make sure my coverage is appropriate after the work is done. I might be able to save a few bucks if I change insurance companies, but I won't because good service is hard to find.
