Farmers Insurance - Arnold Zwiren

I always look forward to calling and speaking with my Farmers agent, Arnold Zwiren, about new Farmers' Insurance business or with questions about existing insurance. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He gives me information I need and I never feel pressure to make a decision. He is always able to send me copies of insurance documents I need and has the info I need immediately available.

I began using Arnold for my home and auto insurance about two years ago and I recommend him highly. He works hard to provide me with affordable coverage, but also ensures I have the coverage I need. He responds quickly to phone calls and emails, and always takes the time to fully explain the provisions of my coverage.

A former MetLife customer here whose policies got taken over by Farmers. Only problem is Farmers did not assign me an agent. I had to make a change to a policy and even though he was not my assigned agent Arnold went above and beyond in helping me out and getting me in touch with the right people. Once I am able to be assigned a local agent will insist on Arnold.
