This was the worst of the worst experience I have ever had !! As soon as she found out I was retired and only wanted liability she was quick to suddenly get hateful and say she didn't think she wanted my business. Sad very sad.

I've been having a horrible experience with this company! I've had my policy since 2021. I called inquiring about it and I've been hung up on on by reps , then they would call me back from a blocked number. They see my information but won't help me or direct me to someone that can! Do not trust this company! They are scammers! A representative came to my home is how it all started and a examination and went over the policy .

These workers down here are nothing like the workers at Nader's. Nader's workers were friendly and helpful. These women in Rankin &Rankin are too high class or at least act like they're better than others. Bad move on trexis. I'm changing insurance companies today!
