I cannot say enough good things about this insurance agency. They truly saved me from a situation that could have turned into a lawsuit and walked me through everything with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure I was protected and understood every step of the process. Their responsiveness, expertise, and support took an incredibly stressful situation and made it manageable. Jeff and Cynthia took care of me and my family for 27 years they've been there for me every time I need them they've been great they've been right on the stuff when I need them every time I call them they took care of my problems they handled everything I needed I like them very much there are five star to me thank you Jeff and Cynthia for all the stuff you did for me thank you again.

Truly the absolute best office to go through for insurance. As a 22yo F with a long history of speeding tickets and etc Jeff dixons office has been there and will go through every option to make sure it works for me. If I’m late, I call in, we work something out. My car got stolen in July, it was a total loss, I had so many questions and they answered every single one / over the years have made it super easy every time I have needed to add or drop something. I’ve been with them since I was 16 and my insurance company has always been there for me. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories from other insurance companies and it makes me feel so comfortable knowing they are there for me through everything whether it’s buying a new car or a loss! I’ll never go to any other office or company.

State farm is an excellent insurance agency, they were amazing when we had a house fire and when I've had auto accidents. My only complaint is that my billing has been messed up several times.
