I know the Posey family and they are wonderful people but Shane Denson at Randy’s office is amazing!! He worked with me through his lunch, through technical issues, and through all my back and forth indecisiveness about what coverages I wanted for my home and autos. And we came out saving right under $1200!! I’m so excited and amazed with the fantastic customer service this office offers! Great job ladies and gents!

I like Randy my agent. But my auto insurance increased by about 19% this year without explanation. I have never had a claim on this policy.
