Alfa Insurance - Graham and Griggs Insurance Group

My son and I were in an accident last December when a woman crossed the center line and ran us off the road hit us behind drivers door and made us skid down the road about 30 yards and then roll over back into the road. She claimed we were in her lane so alfa hired a independent contractor to investigate the accident. He said that her wheels were straight at contact so we were liable for the accident. I went to talk to my agent and they said they heard something about this around the office. I have been with alfa for over 30 years and they treated us like we were the enemy. I was raised to own up to your mistakes and we have raised our son to do the same. Not only did alfa put this on my son's record but they gave this woman a settlement on this. My car decides to up and quit on me at crazy times in my life,and Alfa has towing you can add to your insurance ,like a little over a buck a month,it's well worth it,,1 time it decides to quit on the interstate almost in Gadsden, 1 time in Rainsville, and not 1 time did i have to pay out of pocket to get it towed to the house,which is in Henagar,,,,they are always willing to help anyway they can ..
