Called 5x this morning to ONLY play GAMES with the receptionist. Picks up the one and can hear me saying "Hello Hello" and I know she can hear me as I can hear the background and typing and she proceeds to ignore my call. I called again and she is doing the same thing. I was under the impression we were working with Adults and I guess this is not the case. I had to call Anniston office whom helped and took care of the problem in less than 5 minutes and only took 1 call. Wish ALL of the offices operated the same. Sadly this is not the case.

Great insurance. Very nice employees. But there hours says they open at 8am but at 9.30 no one will answer the phone
