I didn't go to the office, I paid my friends insurance over the phone for him while he was in the hospital, I googled the office location and when I saw where it is located I decided to pay over the phone because I know the street it's located on and how hard it is to get a parking spot.but the office secretary was very helpful and kind over the phone
