Been with State Farm since I was 18 and then received a letter in the mail 2 weeks that they are dropping me for absolutely no reason. Insurance has always been paid never missed a payment in over 10 years. Had a flat tired I paid out of pocket because it was after hours. The next day I called to inform them that I had my receipt so I could get reimbursed back. They told me to come to the office to get my check and when I did they then informed me that they were out of checks. I had to wait over a week for a $75 dollar check. Tammy very unprofessional. I now have Allstate very great company.

Another vehicle hit my car. I went to them for help. I was told by Duge that he could only talk to there insurance 1 time on my behalf. He could advise me throu the sentiment. I asked him why am I paying for insurance. He said well that's our policy. I'm now with farm bureau and they take care of everything. My car rental. They got my car fixed. Farm bureau is all around better insurance.

My husband and I recently had to be towed 40 miles to Chevy dealership in Columbus GA. I called Randy and he said when we got to Fayetteville Tn to see him. He reimbursed us our towing fee on the spot.
