Very professional, understanding and most importantly they care. I've always had my business insurance with Dixie and have never felt the need to go anywhere else. I actually carry more insurance than I'm required, but at the price I'm being charged, I feel like it is better to have a little extra than not enough. I was really surprised the first time that I ever got a quote for my business insurance from Dixie and asked them to explain just what I was getting for such a low price. Well let's just say that I've been a satisfied customer ever since. I hope that this may help someone who is just getting started working for themselves to let them know that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to start off with a new business and to do it right.
