I was asked to complete a survey after I was told that the $978 per month cost of State Farm auto insurance for two adults and two student drivers could not be lowered because of not completing a State Farm safety form even though my youngest completed the safe driver class as required by the state and I submitted copies to State Farm as proof thinking that met the requirement. As a result, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in my experience with State Farm. Glad to see State Farm can afford all the celebrity advertisements and the State Farm name posted everywhere in arenas.
