Compass Insurance

Jen got me set up with liability and auto insurance for my food truck business. Not only did she save me a TON of money in comparison to the policies I already had, she also found me better and more comprehensive coverage. She was amazing to work with and was very understanding with my crazy schedule, answered all my questions, and was extremely patient and kind. I highly suggest working with her to get your insurance needs met!

Ryan and Hailey have done a great job! They respond quickly and clearly. Ryan does a great job at monitoring rates to make sure you have the best possible! Only reason I changed was because I was able to get a rate not available to Compass.

I signed up for an insurance policy, then decided to check with another major insurance company for a quote. Over $2,000 less per year between home and auto than through Compass. When I emailed the Compass broker to cancel my coverage, he replied asking me to send my new insurance information so that he can tell me why it is inadequate. I declined and requested cancellation of my two policies a second time. He did not respond, and he never cancelled my policies. This was hands-down the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time.
