this guys are so slow when it comes to truck insurance. after you get it they take their hours to provide roof of insurance I think they don't know the inportance of providing proof to brokers or clients. if you need a certificate of insurace make sure to ask Ramirez like 3 days in advance otherwise you will loose your client or your load du to their slow process.

Can't say I live in a fire zone area and they could not insure me because of California laws. Otherwise she did try and very proudly return my call that is courtesy.
