Their office could be in a better location as parking is limited. When busy the wait times can be long as there are not many agents at most two working at at time. They agents seem to always be changing as every time we come to renew our policy we see new faces. They do offer good rates on automobile insurance mainly through Kemper. However Kempers customer service is awful and you only deal with them via phone and they have no local offices.

I recently had a misunderstanding of a late payment issue and thanks to the manager whose name I did not ask was quickly and professionally able to resolve this matter even though i was in the wrong. I've had solar x for a few years and can't recall at any other point having had any issues. Solar X offers and will find the best rates of insurance suitable to your needs

I had to jump through hoops and do all the legwork on termination of an old policy only for them to refund me due to inability to process a policy. Infuriating and ridiculous
