Ralph Leake: Allstate Insurance

Worst agent I’ve ever encountered. Tree fell on our house during a storm and he refused to talk for a year. No phone calls. No messages. He let Allstate screw us on compensation for the damages, and we are still fighting with Allstate. The tree fell in April 2024 and Allstate has refused to do right by us. Look somewhere else, unless you like setting fire to your hard-earned money.

I am most grateful for the personal touch. Mr. Leake is always willing to assist me with making the right choices or choosing the best insurance plan to meet need of my family. Thank you for being their. I recommend Allstate because of the great service they have provided me over the years.

Everyone at the office is always very professional, and very attentive to my needs. I get immediate response to any question or request. From renewing or editing a policy to resetting a password, or sending extra cards, they are always ready and available to help anytime!

15 years and $30,000 of being with this company and I never received any information to help me save money or improve my experience. Never got any payout with my claims. It took more work on my part than it did theirs to make sure my home had no damage. It saddens me to pay for something I never could use.
