Just moved to these guys from State Farm last year. I had a hail storms two years ago and I could not get my roof repaired. Nowell gave me a better price on both my cars and house. This past March another hail storm came thru, these folks called me on a Sunday night to get my claim started early. I had a new roof within 2 weeks. I can't thank them enough. If you need a agent that helps and protects you this is place. Highly recommend.

By far the worst Agency ever, but unfortunately I’m stuck with them for a couple of years for multiple mistakes and misleading information on their end. I got quotes for them and in about 3 months was given another quote due to Marlee Barnes basically lying on my application that I previous had insurance when I didn’t so when the insurance asked for proof of course documents couldn’t be provided but I NEVER told her I had insured prior. How can I have insurance prior when I had a brand new vehicle. Then, had an incident when I needed to file a claim due to an accident that was NOT my fault and clearly not cause my car was parked and I even provided video from the restaurant. I asked multiple of times will this cause my insurance to increase and was told no but it actually did. I specially

Working with the Nowell Agency was an incredible experience. I am a first-time homeowner and also just had my first child. Living in a world with a pandemic really brought into perspective how financially disastrous my death would be to my family. Needless to say, I had a lot of insurance needs and a lot of questions. I worked with Stacy Beckwith, and he made the entire process seem easy and seamless. He was available within minutes after I requested a quote and answered my many questions whenever I asked them. He was very polite, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that he helped talk me through the details of the insurance policies, explained what all the jargon meant and what was realistic for what I needed. Twice in the last 9 years I’ve tried to get quotes for my cars, home and RV. The first time I never heard back after leaving several messages.
