Ultimately I wound up working with Jose, he was polite and very knowledgeable and helped me through every step and explained everything. He answered all my questions promptly. He truly is very professional and I would recommend him to anybody. In addition the rates that I received for both my auto and homeowners insurance were phenomenal. I work for an apartment community and had an agent here reach out to confirm our address as we had some mail returned back to their office. I told her I would be happy to help her and then the line went silent. She then said "Are you there" I then replied "Yes, I'm still here" She said "I'm waiting for your address" I said "Oh, you wanted me to give you our address instead of confirming the address you have?" She said "I have your address as ____" I confirmed that was our address and she said "Thanks" and disconnected the call before I could wish her a good day etc. You may not be calling a customer to get an insurance sale but you are contacting another business and should conduct yourself professionally at all times.
