Jennifer has always contacted me in a timely manner. She lets me know exactly what my coverages are and the cost. She will then research if she can get me better and/or less expensive coverage. She is very courteous and listens very well, I appreciate not having to speak with someone in/from another country who is difficult to understand. I would recommend her company and Jennifer to anyone needing insurance. I would give her 5 stars, but I once had a boss who said always give an opportunity for improvement. I could not trust this company with my insurance needs after 1 month with them so I had to switch to another. Reno was my agent and gave me a competitive quote on my auto and home insurance which I enthusiastically accepted a few weeks before the Christmas holiday. He said he would send me electronic docs to sign but I never received them. The premium was even charged before I signed any card agreements and before the policies were in effect which Reno said would not happen until the policy start date in a couple weeks. I ended up printing out my sig pages, signed, scanned, and emailed back to him for my auto policy only.
