Allstate is great except for the excessive rate increases I get hit with every year. I already receive some significant discounts, I'm a good customer and pay my car insurance in full every term. I've had no claims, I'm a retired disabled Veteran living on a fixed income. Big corporations like Allstate have little concern for their customers economic situations. Every time there is a rate increase, that means less food or necessities.

I called the office of Raechell Ortiz today to cancel my policy, and just like every other time I've tried to reach them, no one answered. This has been a consistent issue with calls go unanswered, and messages are ignored. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating when you can’t get support or even a basic response from your insurance agent’s office. Id strongly suggest looking elsewhere for insurance if communication is key, and unfortunately, this office has failed at that time and again.

My homeowners insurance company stopped doing business in the area and needed to find a new one. I called this office, and ended up bundling my home and auto with them. It was really painless and the rates aren't bad. Only issue was that it took a while for my prior insurance to get the cancellation letter, and my auto rates did jump up a bit from the initial quote, but that's insurance, right?

We began our relationship with this agency for auto insurance. Subsequently we have added home insurance. We are very satisfied with their service.
