Elizabeth Cole American Family Insurance

Rude!!!!! Elizabeth Cole is a terrible agent. Her company renewed my insurance after raising my rates again without authorization. The call center that is outsourced to southeast Asia went ahead and took 751.47 out of my bank account without permission. I was so upset after talking to someone I could not communicate with, I asked that person to just cancel my policy. I was then told to call Elizabeth. After talking to her, she said she would help until she thought I wanted to cancel the policy. She then became hostile and threatened to give back the money they stole via snail mail with a check. Do not use this company or this Agent. Her husband was my agent and knew how to help his customers. NOT this woman!!!! I would love for the community to read her hostile response instead of a b
