Never knew I was there , they never called till I canceled, even though I was with them almost 30 years. Also when I switched I realized I had been paying them 20-25% more then who I went with. If you want a agency to be responsive it is not them

This agency is awesome. I only write reviews if i hated a place or loved it and Bob LeDonne's agency deserves the highest review! Online insurance like esurance works fine, but it's so great to have an actual agent to talk to when I need something. no freakin 800 numbers/automated customer service haha! They actually worked with me to get me the best coverage AND price. Everyone on the staff is nice and helpful. Thanks Bob, I will recommend this agency to anyone.
