Mark Prutzman - State Farm Insurance Agent

I just got off a call with Mark. By far the worst insurance person you could speak to. Every question he asked me was vague, and when I asked for clarification, he made it seem like I was incompetent. I had to tell him straight up I'm going to call a different insurance broker. State farm needs to fire this guy already 😂. I was happy to see how low his ratings were after getting off the call with him.

Mr. Prutzman has taken care of our auto needs for quite a few years now. He always makes himself available and is very patient with our oldies’ questions!

I wish I could give 0 star. Mark is very rude. The way he talked to us is like we don’t know anything! He needs to be out of office already! I never reviewed about bad things but I feel like I needed to. Don’t get your policy here!!!!! I repeat, don’t get your policies!!!!!
