Bad customer service. They don't answer the phone. I called 9 times and nobody answered 👎

I called the insurance company to get a quote. The phone rang and then automated voice comes on and says “no one is not able to take your call” and hangs up. There should be someone able to answer the phone and I have called three times.

Mediocre experience. Wasn't awful, wasn't great. I went ahead and called before showing up and the woman said something intelligible. I said "Hello," met no response, and kept repeating until they hung up on me. Very well, I drove and showed up and they attended me immediately. I made a comment of how the car was for leisure and they made comments of "must be nice." Yes, it is. I've been broke but went to school and studied and work hard, so I feel I've earned myself a little toy, didn't need negative input. The older lady that attended me was more cool but the other young one who was presumably the one bumping Ludacris in the background was giving the customer she was attending a hard time. Not quite rude, but short, curt answers. Like I said: mediocre. Nothing great but not the worst.

Don't mess around going to other places the staff here is really knowledgeable. I went to other places and just got the run around and was almost ripped off. The service here is very much worth the convenience fee. Time is money, I highly recommend this place. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely be back. Thank you!!
