I have been a customer with RJ Warner for the last 10-15years, in the years past I could call with an issue and Brenda would be helpful and polite but I have since stopped using them for my insurance needs due to the fact they could not get me better rates. With no claims on auto or homeowners ( multiple homes). After Brenda retired I have had two phone calls with current employees and both I have felt lacked the customer service and communication that have been there in the past. For these reasons and the fact I got better coverage (more) for a cheaper rate I have left this company. I think that after dealing with the new employees I would have left anyways.
