Marshall Combs State Farm Insurance is Amazing. Ashley Force is the Insurance person who represents me for my Insurance Policy. I want to start by saying that she has been wonderful since Day 1 Our Insurance rates were so high due to a divorce and my daughter hitting a deer. She tried every month since joining to work on our rate and get it to where it was affordable for myself and daughter. We went from paying over almost $650 a month down to $440 a month. I have always had insurance from here since I moved out and never knew how GREAT they truly were until I unfortunately got into an accident. From the beginning of that process through the end, April, my agent, has been there- answering my questions within the hour (even half hour), explaining each step of the process. The ladies on the phone from claims also never made me feel dumb for asking questions. I would recommend this office and April for agent over and over.

Since I moved back into Ohio it has been very easy to change my policies or add additional vehicles/ change policies. Staff has always been helpful and friendly when I've called, emailed or stopped in. I am grateful how easily I am able to get my questions answered and taken care of.
