Had a small incident, a deer tried to get across the street and ran right into my car. Started a claim, Justin was SO helpful!!! What a good human being!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so willing to help!!!! Got my claim submitted, Justin took the pictures. About a week later had a check, made an appointment at the body shop and now she's beautiful again!!!! I also asked about lowering my comprehensive deductible to less than $500, well now it's $0!!! Lowered my collision to a deductible of $250 AND if an incident occurs, I get $800 for a rental. All of this only increased my monthly payment by $25!!! Unbelievable!!!! So happy!!! Thank you, Justin, and thank you, Allstate!!!! Very happy!!!!
