Every person I’ve ever talked to in that office made me feel at ease. I was a first-time homeowner and I had lots of questions, thankfully Lanny has educated me on insurance and made me feel confident and in control of my choices. Jamie called me days before a hurricane to remind me I hadn’t renewed my flood insurance yet.
