Quang Nguyen: Allstate Insurance

They are very quick in providing us with our needs ever since we moved to Allstate auto insurance. We saved a lot from getting the home insurance bundle too. The staffs are nice and diligent. But things are still delayed from our most recent crash that took place in December 2020. Other than that, it’s good.

I was in a wreck with a deer almost 2 weeks ago and Allstate Collision Agent is ducking my calls, they haven't even approved the repairs on my Rav4 yet. In the mean time I am renting a car out of my pocket almost $1100 so far No One from Allstate can give me any answers of the eta of my car repair because NoOne is picking up the phone I call and leave messages everyday sometimes twice a day Allstate is a lousy company Very, Very poor customer service. I will NOT recommend Allstate to anyone At least answer the phones tell me a time frame a week, a month something I had has asked for rental car to be added to my policy last year but it wasn't done because I forgot to sign something on line Remind me to sign it but instead I receive countless junk emails from Allstate every week A very usele

Quang Nguyen is the best! He helped me a lot to find the most suitable insurance for me. If you need to buy insurance, go for him. Hope Allstate Insurance and Mr Quang Nguyen will have more customers in the future!

They have been the best insurance company I been with. The price is good, and when you call they are ready to answer and help. Great Experience.
