We have used Jay Dorso 2 years now. Major increases ea year and this year was shown a policy that was cheaper than last year. However when we recieved the information after he enrolled us it was over $300 more per month than last years. Trying to rectify it and at least get answers and there has been no call back or acknowledgement for the past 4 days. Then my children go to doctor today and are refused coverage from inactive insurance account? I STILL can not get a call back. His office will not even pick up the phone but says open online. I’m baffled. Very disappointed and would recommend another broker at this point as we will be doing first chance possible.

Jay and his staff are wonderful! I thought retirement was something for others until I sat down with Jay and he shared my options! My husband and I were so comfortable due to his knowledge, experience and guidance. Thank you Jay and team for making it possible to enjoy our next chapter!!

Like Jay's business name says... QUALITY. He is well versed in his insurance products and will help in choosing what will be best for your situation. Besides he is what I consider a guru in Social Security benefit which is a big plus. Not many of the other business similar to his has that expertise. I met Jay at one of his info secessions he has once in awhile and was impressed on his knowledge and how the material was presented. I've been to a few of these presentations done by other businesses and Jay has them beat in my opinion. Nothing fancy, just a real nice person and real easy to talk to. I've recommend him to many of my friends..

Jay Dorso has been my Medicare agent/manager for the past 2 years, and is without doubt the best I've encountered, having had two other agents over the past six years. He is responsive, and on point with knowledge of different Medicare options, including the variations in plans in different states. He is also willing to spend the time to explain the plans, and their pros and cons, in helping patients choose his/her best option. I have shared his name with several of our friends accordingly. Kudos to Jay.
