Based on my personal experience with this agency, I would not recommend using this agency for your insurance needs. As the primary insured on my home, umbrella and auto policies, I made inquiries and requests related to my coverage. I felt that my questions were not addressed to my satisfaction. My inquiries and requests were made solely to better understand and protect my insurance coverage. In my opinion, this was the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Let me start by saying that I have been a customer of this agency for years, until this month when I canceled my policy, nothing to do with the company, other reasons. I have been having an issue with them still taking my premium out and I have been calling for a week with I’ll call and find out why and call you back. Each time I never receive a call back and I get they’re going to issue it back to you. Today I called again because still nothing so I call for an update and I get I’ll call you back so after 4 hours I call back and I get the owner David. Now this man is rude and arrogant. He gave me a huge attitude, in telling me we’re busy on Mondays and also you’re not talking to employees in a negative manner, which I never did. Let me preface by saying that I attempted a resolution with this company for months before resulting to a negative google review. I have been a “customer” of this company for years. When you initially sign up they’re helpful and friendly. However you will realize the first time you try to make a change to your policy that you’ve sacrificed customer service to save a few bucks. A simple policy change/update takes at least a week and a number of follow up calls from the customer. Excluding the receptionist, the staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. When you question inconsistencies with your policy or payments and want answers the staff become defensive, belittle you and then just stop responding.
