AVOID. We were policy holders with this agency for nine years and refused to renew. If you’re looking for an insurance agent who actually helps when you have an accident or need guidance, look elsewhere. This agent was completely absent when we needed assistance or had questions with a claim, understanding our coverage, or even getting basic advice. The only time they showed up was when it was time to collect our renewal payment. No follow-ups, no support—just silence when it mattered most. I called to give a heads-up that we weren’t renewing and was hung up on - I was speaking English. Then, later in the evening, I got multiple missed calls from the woman speaking Chinese urgently demanding payment before the policy expired that evening. Totally disregarded me mentioning she hung up on me

Very happy with an agent who is willing to spend more times to explain everything than I anticipated. I was here visiting and came with my mom who lives in Philly. We were surprised at how much times Ms. Peggy spent with us. Throughout our visit, she had many phone calls but she politely told them that she will call them back. We ended up feeling like we are taking too much of her times based on the amount of customer calls she received while meeting with us. She, however, did not make us feel rush at all, and went through the policy point by point!! Thank you for caring!

We have auto insurance and home insurance with them. Great rates. Very happy with their agents who are always quick and helpful. They explain our coverages and how best to structure them. Across my family, we have had a few claims all taken care of very effectively.

Fantastic place for insurance - always good price and great customer service. I checked quotes for 10 different places and their quote is very good. Also, if you are not familiar with purchasing insurance, they are very patience and will help you understand the different options, and what might make more or less sense depending on your situation. I've never felt rushed when I speak to these guys.
