Worst place to gel help from. Don’t even consider going to this place for help. I got a ticket a couple of years ago, And I went to this place because “supposedly” they have good lawyers. It’s all a scam the, the lawyer that i got, made a whole mess with my license, he messed up the only source of income that i have which is my license. Every time I call them and ask them why my license was active for a month but then got suspended for 6 months after he “supposedly” went to court and fix my problem , they never have an answer, I cant even get in contact with the lawyer. To be honest i don't even know what the lawyer did, but he really messed me up.

NY auto brokerage has been helpful since I started driving and doing business in the taxi industry. Their prices are the most competitive I've encountered. Their office is conveniently located on Queens Blvd, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be taken care of. The staff are very polite and professional, they take their time to explain any and all questions I've had with grace and patience. Adam is my go-to person in dealing with all my transactions, he's the most patient, polite, and easy to reach to person in the office. Miriam has also been very helpful. My liability insurance need to be renewed. Called them up and paid for the 3 months. 2 months after I got a letter said they going to cancel my insurance Bc I have not make the payment. I’m confused because I just paid for 3 months. Called them up say what I paid was the last 3 months. They charged 50$ extra for the late fee. Ask them to waive it bc I didn’t know and they refused. Had they clearly explained the policy and when I suppose to make the payment i wouldn’t have miss the Paynent. Bad service would not recommend please go somewhere else. Will leave them for a better and more responsible broker!

Worst customer service ever-ever!!! If you want to be yelled and disrespected - this is the place where you want to get your TLC insurance. By paying a lot of money you can not ask any questions and ask to explain all fees because the only response you get - "What don't you understand?!". No explanations, just rudeness and horrible attitude of the staff. I can't say it about everyone in that office but PATRICE DASH has no manners at all! As well as the girl who's picking up the phone for license renewal, unfortunately I don't know her name. This is not the way you keep your customers, we held insurance through them but now we are looking for another broker. Will never be back again! Patrice is highly disrespectful and irresponsible. Horrible experience.. I was doing business with them for more then a year and I had no issue with anything until one time that i missed a payment where it wasnt mentioned on a payment sheet. I couldnt work for a months and plus I had to pay penalties and went through all sorts of trouble. I paid them for the Reinstate and late fee still they didnt gave the money to the insurance company which caused more delays. Ultimately I had to switch my broker and when they knew that I was changing the broker, one of them were talking loud with me. saying “We are trying to help and u want to leave us” Ofcourse, they cant do one thing right which is to help us, instead they will rip us up by saying this and that. when one month payment they could have easily adjusted by taking it from the 3 months dep
