Jared Shulman: Allstate Insurance

The prices are fair; maintenance of my business relationship for all my insurance needs is consistent. They always come back to me and follow-up exactly as promised. They rolled over, since COVID, most, if not all, of the things that I need done digitally.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! First of all all state prices are way too high but the service at this particular office is beyond terrible. My agent was Raul very good but was unfortunately fired and I had to deal with Nicole and her jacked up attitude. Besides my rate going up and up, Nicole is another reason I left. I don know how they can have her dealing with customers and wonder why they probably are losing more business than gaining.

The times i have spoken to costumer services they would always accommodate with my questions & help me understand. They’re also very friendly and patient

Reason for this is because I can’t get my automatic payment back on due to lack of information from a rep in the customer service department. Big shout out to Kayla for always being available to me whenever I need a question answered.

Wonderful customer service. Somebody hit my car they assist me in a very manner way. No confusion no problems.
