Fantastic service!!!! We have our home and auto policies with the Putman Insurance Agency. Putman provides the absolute best service for their customers as we always get a quick response to all of our inquiries! Also, it is very convenient to visit their office and have a question answered or pick up an insurance card for a vehicle, etc. The Putman team certainly places customer service first and foremost! Nice people, but getting information is like pulling teeth. Took me 3 days to get some semblance of a quote after I told them I was on a serious deadline. Instead of just taking my call to get my information we exchanged 14 emails over 3 days. Just not worth the time in my opinion.

The lady in the pink in the picture was a bad host, I walked in and wasn’t greeted only asked “what I wanted”as if I wasn’t allowed in their, was discriminated because of our color, and they had kids running around, didn’t even try to help me or give me any customer service, and cut me off when I was talking and then said they aren’t doing insurance on “ BMW’S I wouldn’t recommend at ALLL
