I went on leave in August, I'm already back at work and MetLife has done nothing for me yet. Allegedly they sent me something on September 2nd that needed to be responded to within 7 days but the postmark was until September 7th. I've called I've left messages I've emailed I need their fax number but nobody will give it to me and if I try to call it's a 10 minute wait but I can't really do that because I'm already back at work....sooooo Cool cool cool Pretty sure mental health is a joke to MetLife
