PURE Insurance

This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. One of their insured drivers crashed into my car over two months ago. He gave his own version of the story, and the company failed to properly investigate the accident. They acted in bad faith by waiting more than 30 days to claim they needed additional evidence, fully aware that security camera footage is usually deleted after that timeframe. To this day, I have received no response or resolution. Regardless of whatever story their client may tell, there is absolutely no possibility that he is not at fault. He hit my car. My vehicle remains damaged, and this company continues to ignore the issue and avoid taking responsibility.

I am extremely disappointed with PURE Insurance and feel compelled to warn others about my experience. I filed a claim after one of their insured drivers sped into a parking spot in a school pick-up zone and slammed my car door shut, peeling the laminate and causing damage. Most importantly, my young son was getting into the car at that exact moment, and if he had been even a second slower, he could have been seriously injured. This was a designated waiting area for parents and children, and the driver’s behavior was reckless, careless, and completely unsafe for a school zone. Despite the seriousness of what happened, PURE Insurance notified me that they were denying my claim based solely on their driver’s version of events. I find it unbelievable that they would dismiss the clear safety

Pure is not the same since they were sold a few years ago. Rates have increased significantly and service has declined. Simple things like getting a Digital Card to update after a renewal is a challenge with Pure. Not worth the money.

Our home in western North Carolina was impacted by hurricane Helene. Almost one year later we are still dealing with repairs. Dealing Pure insurance has been an absolute game changer. They reached out to us before we could even assess damage to check in and unfortunately, we had a substantial amount of damage. Almost one year later, they are still super quick to respond and help us with anything that has come up alone the way. My husband and I are so impressed and appreciative of their help throughout this ordeal. Highly recommend.

We have had a great relationship so far with Pure. We have been with them 4 years. My wife was rear-ended by an under-insured motorist. I was out of town but Pure stepped up, had here a rental car delivered to our home in a couple of hours, and a check for the totaled vehicle by the next day. After both hurricanes last year, they called immediately to see if we were ok and if we needed an adjuster. Our experience has been excellent.
