Even though it was not apart of her job, she made sure to call me and check on my process. She even was able to recommend a car salesman where I purchased my car! She was very knowledgeable and patient. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She also made sure I got every discount she was able to give. Karol Sandoval was responsive to my inquiry. She took her time to address the changes I wanted to make regarding my car insurance coverage. She did not try to push something different or offer any add ons to keep the rate up. I really appreciated that!

Granted I feel like I’m overpaying but I don’t think that’s the fault of who I spoke with. Karol was a great help explaining all the logistics into my policy and pricing increases, she was very patient and understanding in explaining everything so I had no questions in the end.
