I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service was excellent and the savings were fantastic. I greatly enjoyed working with Nayara Pires; she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to find me the maximum savings, reducing my current policy by over $800. I highly recommend her and this company to anyone looking to save on insurance without sacrificing quality service. I would recommend PTI to my friends and family, oh wait... I actually, I already have. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would gladly work with them again for my future policy needs.

Excellent service, very polite and helpful staff. I also wanted to give a special thank you to Nayara Pires, who always treated me very well. There was one day when I called more than 10 times and she answered me with the same energy and motivation.

I had a great experience with PTI. Customer service was perfect, everyone very respectful, and very professional. Nayara helped me out she is great! She responded to all my questions fast, and helped me register my car in less than 3 days! I didn’t even have to lose work day to go to RMV to get plates! Overall I highly recommend doing business with PTI! They will help you find the best price around. You won’t regret working with them!
