My wife and I recently purchased a new home and were recommended to work with Jeanne from Clarke & Frost for home insurance. I am very glad we took the recommendation! Jeanne helped my wife and I get home insurance that worked best for us on our new home, as well as car insurance. Jeanne made sure to provide us with options that were a great balance between quality and budget. She was polite, friendly, and I never felt dumb asking what were likely simple questions. Great rates, EXCELLENT customer service. They always remember who I am and have been part of every new car, car accident, new house, new jewelry- they are part of our family's journey and are kind and friendly, always. They bend over backwards for us, always helping me get the best rates as well as educating our family through it all. I can't say enough goods things. My mom uses them, my grandmother did, and we do, too. Local, family-owned, professional, successful, kind, affordable.

I had the pleasure of having Clarke and Frost for the many years I lived in MA. They are professional and results oriented. I was in an accident that resulted in a total loss for my car. Commerce was taking FOREVER to pay the loss amount. After almost 2 months with Commerce and getting people who seemed to not care at all, I called Clarke and Frost. That same day, I received a call back, and amount for the loss was deposited to my bank account. I received an apology from Commerce because the agent I had been waiting on for 2 months was not doing her job right, and she didn't forward something she was supposed to to her manager. Needless to say, I should have called Clarke and Frost sooner. They get things done. I just wish they were in CT!

I typically deal hunt for everything and am wary to pay more for a go between, but man am I happy to pay for the services of Clarke and Frost. My whole family uses them and they are just the most responsive, dedicated service I have in my life. I can't recommend them enough, six stars.
