Prudential

I will never ever again use Prudential. A policy covering my mother purchased in 1990. She passes in 2012. Prudential and their team of "not talking to each other" worker bees, sent me Life Insurance claim forms 7 individual times asking again for the same information I provided 5 previous times. I'm on hold for several minutes waiting for them to come to the phone and tell me that they need yet another document. For a company as big as Prudential you'd think they would have their collective behinds together. Customers shouldn't have to deal with several different reps since the next one needs a half an hour to come up to speed to the problem. Very frustrating for a very simple solution.
