First off, very expensive compared to other life insurance. Then, tried to cancel policy and it took several weeks. Employees like Kevin Murphy literally did not even know how to cancel policy. Never again.
Can't say enough how professional and courteous this office is. From top to bottom. Great insurance company but that means nothing without a good agency to deal with. This one is it.
