They spitefully sent lapse in coverages letters after canceling with them for over charging then kept good amount of the money and only had the policy 3 hours if you think they found you the best price you didn't shop around .

I went there today at 4.55 and the person there told me the new policy takes about 15 minutes and I got appointment at 5.30 so you got to come some other day they needs to tell them worker's without the customers you will lose your job .....this how I do in my job Im working in restaurant I never say we close to any customer comes after the clock just because I know without them I wouldn't have my job
