Jodi is a breath of fresh air over the phone! She talks with a vibrant smile! With moving to the new area and all I haven’t had time to find many places to go to. I called State Farm and was introduced to Jodi. From day one she was helpful with transferring my many policies that I have. Switching was quick and easy. Even when I have to add something, she is great. She explains everything in detail and has a tone that you just cannot just embrace. She’s very sweet and knowledgeable of her job and I’m looking forward to spending the next upcoming years with State Farm.

Today I visited the office here in Hope Mills, NC. Mrs. KIM waited on me what a pleasure it was. I already have vehicle insurance with State Fram and now I needed rental. She was so sweet, she answered all my questions. So professional, with smiles as she walked me through from the beginning to end. The other staff members were just as warm as she was.
