Worst insurance company I've ever had. The employees seem to know almost nothing. I was with them for years up until today when I had to file my first claim ever. Hail damage. When I called the adjuster informed me that I have only ever had liability. Even though I made it very clear I needed full coverage two years ago when I got my new car. I have a loan on my car and they signed me up for liability?! I KNOW I told them I just bought it and wanted it covered from number to bumper full coverage. But apparently it's my fault for signing the paperwork. Even though it's very tiny and hard for me to read. It's my fault and I can't make a claim because they screwed up. I will never go back to these slime balls who would not even acknowledge their mistakes. And I'm stuck with the damage. I'll b

We just started with them 2nd month. prices are ok ,still very high for two cars no extras🤔 we will try for 6 months . But Maria your customer rep in Bryan, tx was pleasant and helpful ty And She smiled 😊

I had a insurance claim and they took 3 days to come out and take pictures of my car and I missed work and they didn’t even reimburse me for those days of work I missed. The only reason they get 2 stars is because when you first go to apply for the insurance and even being a customer they give you free snacks at the door.
