Upset about a comment the lady made. She was rude on the phone and had an attitude. Very poor customer service skills. I think she was discriminating on certain groups of people if you ask me. The people that were from there and spoke her language was treated well. But any other foreigners that seeked insurance she would be rude, boasting she is the owner or manager. "Gordita" is what she called herself and the other individual that was there was called "El terrorista" is what we heard. She shouldn't be discriminative based on race specially her being from a migrant country herself.

Very rude lady office manager/ owner .Couldn't explain my bill and what was covered. Was very unhelpful and stubborn in explaining how a cancellation policy works. She went mental and unhelpful making statements in Spanish " el terrorista ! It was just difficult , just rude and unprofessional.

I had such a great experience with Pronto Insurance! Angela Wright was absolutely amazing, she was so kind, professional, and super patient. She made everything super easy to understand and provided excellent service.

I personally love pronto insurance Angela wright is who was helping me and can I just says she is one good worker she made my experience this woman helped me and my dad out she is very kind sweet and helpful Angela is now the lady I will be going to for my insurance thank you Angela wright she deserves a raise!!👏👏
