I am so frustrated with the Allstate’s automated service. When I just want to speak with an agent the automated service keeps asking how they can direct my call and if the system does not understand what I want it hangs up on me. Blanca is aware of my frustration and has allowed me to text her and if she is not with a customer she will respond right away. And “true to her word” she responds immediately.
