PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE UNION NEW JERSEY NJ

What a bad place this is. I don't recommend that you put insurance here. The guy only likes to charge money and doesn't like to solve problems. He always tells you that he can't do anything

I have had such a pleasant experience getting my first NJ car policy with Luis about 2 years ago. He was very accommodating and replied to my emails and calls in a timely manner. Not sure what happened but I've emailed and called a couple of times and have not heard back. It's becoming very unprofessional to not return your client's calls - almost seems like you're hiding. My rates have gone up $60 more over the last 2 years which is crazy because half of that year was spent working remotely and not even using my car.

They made mistakes with my information and then couldn't fix anything. Because of that, Progressive canceled my auto insurance over something that should not have happened. To top it all off, I was informed via text only. Not even a phone call. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this office.

You guys should think twice before coming to that store because I have googled the address and saw that the are open and close at 5pm so decided to go there and once there it was close I called the number at the door and he’s saying he’s out for the day so I wasted my time and gas . Notice , I have called multiple with no answer, called before coming , called while being on site no answer

Not open on Saturday as stated on the website. I arrived from another city and came across a closed door.
