I visited the Union AAA branch specifically to exchange foreign currency, but was very disappointed. Despite reaching out in advance via the branch office emails listed online, I received no replies—not from Union, and not from the Morristown office either. Even the AAA 800 number couldn’t get through to a local agent. I was told you could simply walk in and get euros, but when I arrived I was told it takes 3–5 business days—far too late for our trip. The entire experience was frustrating and ultimately a waste of time and membership renewal fees. AAA should provide clearer information and more responsive customer service. Nice branch though.

Tow truck driver asked me to pay $200 for a tow delivery 60 miles away from my home even though I was paying for the tier that included 100 miles ( it was my first time using triple A so there were no previous tows). I guess he was upset he drove an hour away. He refused to drop the truck unless he had the money. In the moment I was desperate for my truck to get fixed by my mechanic and tried to tell the driver that but he didn’t listen ( even though I know they can see what tier I am on their iPad). Great way to abused your customers trust.

My husband and I came for our international drivers licenses. We read the reviews before we came and they described everything perfectly. Even with needing our photos taken, we were in and out in less than 20min. Easy peasy. Mary Ellen was excellent and even taught us about other services we can utilize as members.
