Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

The worst insurance! They don't give a solution to their customers. I had a problem with my bank and the autopay collection was not made and in one day I didn't have it, they raised $600 more to my insurance , I don't recommend Progressive and if I could give it only Cicero Estrellas I would. Very bad attention.

I just had a very disturbing conversation with a supervisor in the commercial division of progressive and I want you all to be aware how rude she was to me on the phone her name was j a h a z i e l she was extremely disrespectful very unprofessional extremely rude and told me she flat out didn't care I've never had such route service in my entire life I just did talking to Progressive commercial Auto

Bad customer service, they have good plans but their salesmen or representatives constantly fight for customers and offer you different plans competing among themselves, in the end you end up buying another service. The worst.

Sometimes you got a wonder about these businesses they never call me back I never got a call back whatsoever so I went with someone else and not the only ones in the business

Progressive rates for a 2016 honda civic are ranged from 1700 to 2400 which is an unrealistic price.
