0/10 would not recommend progressive. This is criminally misleading and I hope someone compiles a class action lawsuit. This disruption of this questionnaire implied that the claim couldn’t be processed until it was completed (false but still heavily implied). The questionnaire then contains questions like this where all answers are self condemning. There are no correct evasive maneuvers when you are stopped at a red light, and stating “I don’t know” implies that you weren’t paying attention to operating your vehicle. If you want someone on your side, it’s not progressive!!
I had 1 accident in 68 years of driving and they doubled my rate. I didn't even get a citation.I feel they should have hit me a bit on rates but not double for 5 plus years.
Made a mistake switching from Gico to Progressive insurance. Took them 5 months to determine how to fix my windshield.
Worst insurance company ever. FLO should quit. Worst pricing of any where i went!!
